Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through effective talent sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on new hires based on thorough evaluation of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company's values.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in recruiting, and regulatory compliance to continuously improve processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles from job posting to offer extension.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).
• Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in recruitment strategies.
