Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment end-to-end — not just filling roles, but building the systems and programs that make hiring here genuinely good. You'll run full-cycle recruitment, help shape how we source, onboard, and grow talent as a company. This is a hands-on role. You'll be sourcing, screening, and closing candidates yourself — not managing a team that does it for you.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing through onboarding — for assigned roles
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach, including cold calling
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments in close collaboration with hiring managers
• Lead offer discussions and manage a smooth offer-to-hire transition
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring performance updates
• Maintain core HR operational tasks, including leave monitoring, employment certificate requests, and internal HR communications
• Maintain the TA pipeline tracker and dashboard as the central source of truth for hiring visibility and reporting
• Develop and maintain recruitment and HR tools, such as interview guides, playbooks, and hiring manager resources
• Support employer branding efforts to strengthen the company's presence and reputation with both candidates and employees
• Promote inclusive sourcing and selection practices throughout the hiring process

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with agency or search-firm background
• Demonstrated experience with passive candidate outreach, including cold calling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and professional approach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across recruitment and HR operations
• Fluency in English required, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team
