We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruitment team and work side by side with our Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, you’ll take on all kinds of searches, from high-volume and back-office hiring to tech and leadership roles, and help us improve how we recruit across the board. Our team also includes two junior recruiters, so your experience and practical know-how will be truly valued here.

What Makes You a Strong Match:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency);
• Proven experience in tech recruitment;
• Experience hiring for back-office roles and/or running high-volume recruitment;
• Openness to all types of recruitment, from high-volume hiring to tech and leadership roles;
• Experience mentoring colleagues or training hiring managers is a big advantage;
• Strong hands-on experience with ATS systems. Experience with Ashby or setting up workflow automations is a plus;
• A process-oriented mindset: you notice what can be done better and enjoy building structure;
• Data-minded and comfortable working with recruitment metrics such as fill rate, interview-to-offer rate, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill;
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing several searches at once;
• Results-driven, but a team player first. We’ve built a strong, collaborative culture and want to keep it that way;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

What You’ll Do:

• Run recruitment across the full spectrum: high-volume entry-level and back-office roles, tech positions, and leadership hires. You’ll go wherever the business needs you most;
• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks;
• Mentor and train junior members of the TA team, sharing best practices and helping them grow;
• Train and coach our hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, and making confident hiring decisions;
• Help shape our recruitment strategy: review and improve our hiring processes, and fully structure and automate our workflows in Ashby;
• Organize and conduct interviews, and support hiring managers in running theirs;
• Collaborate with our Employer Branding person on career fairs, events, and other activities that attract talent;
• Create a great candidate experience at every stage of the process;
• Track and analyze recruitment data to spot what’s working and what can be improved.

Compensation:

• Gross salary - 2400 - 3050 EUR/month.
