Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions, from candidate sourcing to offer management.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract and engage qualified candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine candidate profiles, and establish structured, fair, and effective interview processes.

Create compelling job advertisements and candidate outreach materials that communicate the employer value proposition and attract quality talent.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialised and business-critical positions to support current and future hiring needs.

Monitor talent market trends and recruitment developments to identify new sourcing opportunities and enhance hiring effectiveness.

Analyse and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline progress, and hiring outcomes to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and achieve hiring objectives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within Cex, Dex, prop trading, or fintech sectors

Proven ability to source and engage candidates through non-traditional channels such as Discord, Reddit, and community platforms

Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills demonstrated through successful talent acquisition outcomes

Proactive and agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment

Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) to facilitate coordination and collaboration with Chinese speaking internal teams and stakeholders in the Greater China region
