Talent Acquisition (Project Based)

SE’INDONESIA is a local fast-food brand that has popularized the smoked meat dish from East Nusa Tenggara (sei) at affordable prices. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing F&B pioneers, the brand has become a source of national pride after being included in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2025 list. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition candidate to join the Se'Indonesia team with the following details.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for HQ and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs and meet hiring timelines.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate hiring & onboarding processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain talent pipelines.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and ensure hiring SLA is met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
• Min. 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Experienced in high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals.
• Willing to undertake a 2-3-month hiring project.
• Able to join ASAP.
