Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities About the Team:

This position will be part of the TikTok Shop Japan & Global Talent Acquisition team where you will be working on sourcing for candidates for open positions. You will take full ownership of the candidate journey and will work closely with the TA to understand needs, requirements and expectations.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

• Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing arrangement and engaging top talents.
• Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.

Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)

• Undergraduate or master students who are interested in the e-commerce industry.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Japanese language.
• Outstanding academic achievements - Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
• Able to commit to a 6 months internship at least. Open to part-time arrangement with 3 working days or 28 hours in a week.
