Lead and manage strategic Talent Acquisition projects that drive process excellence, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. This role combines recruitment delivery, data analytics, and AI innovation to transform talent acquisition capabilities and support informed hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic Talent Acquisition projects that drive process excellence, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes through automation, digitalization, and technology enhancements
• Partner with HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and business leaders to deliver recruitment transformation initiatives
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, governance frameworks, and success metrics
• Manage external vendors and recruitment technology partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Build and enhance Talent Acquisition data, reporting, and analytics capabilities
• Own and maintain recruitment dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making
• Identify and track key hiring metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, cost per hire, candidate conversion, and recruiter productivity
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered recruitment tools and solutions

About you

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, or related HR functions
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, data analysis, and workforce insights
• Knowledge of AI and emerging recruitment technologies
• Ability to partner effectively with HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and business leaders
• Experience managing external vendors and technology implementations
• Strong project management and governance capabilities
• Subject matter expertise in recruitment best practices and continuous improvement
