We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to identify top talent, attract real estate professionals, and build a strong sales team.
You will take the lead in recruiting and managing experienced Property Consultants & Real Estate Agents, with a particular focus on French-nationality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting experienced Real Estate Agents
- Creating engaging recruitment content for social media
- Develop and monitor KPIs & performance management
- Building a strong, consistent talent pipeline for our growing team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruiting real estate agents
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Professional, confident, and presentable personality
- Comfortable on camera and creating recruitment videos for social media
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate recruitment market is a plus
