The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a strategic role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support the organization's growth and performance objectives. This individual acts as a partner to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment and staffing process.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure follow-up throughout the selection process.
• Recommend the best candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
• Promote the employer brand and contribute to talent attraction and retention initiatives.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise and support managers in identifying their hiring needs.
• Develop and implement candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources completed, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent command of French.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Membership in a professional HR association/order is considered an asset.
