Talent Acquisition- Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for corporate and project requirements.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions and recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the interview and selection process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams for timely closure of positions.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
• Track recruitment MIS, hiring status, TAT, and position closures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and external agencies.
• Support improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Candidates from Construction / Infrastructure / EPC companies will be preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk/project hiring.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel.
