Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate

About the role

The TA Sourcing Associate partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify active and passive job seekers. While full-lifecycle recruiters manage the entire hiring process, the sourcing associate specializes upfront—generating candidate leads, conducting initial screenings, and keeping talent pools full.

Key responsibilities

• Use online job boards, social media, resume databases, and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) to hunt for active and passive candidates
• Initiate first contact with prospective talent, pitch job opportunities, and build long-term relationships
• Review resumes, conduct quick initial phone or video prescreens, and evaluate basic skill and culture alignment
• Track candidate data and workflows inside an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor movements, and talent availability to refine search tactics
• Work with recruiters and hiring teams on job fairs, sourcing events, and administrative tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Familiarity with Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter or job platforms, and basic MS Office or ATS software
• Strong communication, active listening, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
