Talent Acquisition SpecialisData Analyst

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Data Analyst. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers with data-driven insights on talent pipelines. The specialist will maintain and update HR data, analyze recruitment metrics, and prepare regular reports to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Daily tasks include working with HR systems, tracking benefits and employee information, and supporting HR management in workforce planning. The role also requires clear communication with internal stakeholders, adherence to company policies, and proactive research on best practices in recruitment and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources expertise, including Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
• Ability to work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and manage Benefits Administration effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills, with experience in data collection, reporting, and interpreting HR and recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and HR-related software tools; familiarity with basic data visualization is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely across diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a part-time setting.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or data analysis is preferred.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
