Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who will handle the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring quality hires and timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring requirements with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and applicant records.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure timely completion of pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Knowledge of various recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City.
