About Riko AI

Riko AI is a funded fintech AI startup building financial intelligence and automation tools for Indian MSMEs, accountants and finance teams.

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build a high-quality team across technology, product, sales and customer-facing functions.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and maintain a continuous pipeline of strong candidates.

You will also support employee onboarding, engagement, retention and basic people operations as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, product, sales and operations roles.
• Source candidates through referrals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and direct outreach.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess skills, communication, motivation, compensation and startup fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, negotiations and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Work closely with the CEO, CTO and hiring managers to define role requirements and interview scorecards.
• Support onboarding, employee check-ins, stay interviews and retention initiatives.
• Conduct structured exit interviews and identify recurring employee concerns.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Experience

• *Must-have* 2–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience.
• Prior experience hiring technology, product and sales roles .
• *Must-have* Experience working in a technology, SaaS, fintech, AI or product company.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive-candidate outreach skills.
• Experience managing candidates from sourcing through offer acceptance and joining.
• Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based in Mumbai/MMR and comfortable working from the office.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting software engineers, AI engineers, product managers and B2B sales professionals.
• Familiarity with Mumbai’s technology and startup talent market.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement or retention programmes.
