Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for contract hiring and permanent positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job description.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) models and contract staffing processes.
• Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates for both short-term contracts and permanent roles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
