TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in steel, metal, manufacturing, engineering, construction, mining, heavy industry, or other industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Able to recruit both blue-collar and white-collar employees, including technical and managerial positions.
• Strong understanding of competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, recruitment databases, or recruitment tracking systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities with a proactive approach to finding candidates.
• Able to work with recruitment targets and tight deadlines.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
• Willing to conduct candidate sourcing, networking, university visits, job fairs, and recruitment events when required.
• English proficiency is preferred; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage, particularly for candidates working in a Chinese-invested company.
