Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview methods, candidate selection, and onboarding processes.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Stay updated with market trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass recruitment or IT recruitment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in multi-channel candidate sourcing.
• Experience with HR software, ATS systems, or recruitment performance evaluation is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 12,000,000 – 24,000,000 VND Gross/month (depending on candidate’s level).
• KPI-based performance bonus.

• Regular performance review.

Working Hours & Location

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Locations:
• Hanoi: 85 Yên Lãng, Trung Liệt Ward, Đống Đa District.
• Ho Chi Minh City: 38 B4 Street, Sala Urban Area, An Lợi Đông Ward, District 2.

Pay: 12,000,000₫ - 22,000,000₫ per month
