Must have experience in Middle East Region Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates based on functional and domain expertise.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and candidate engagement.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
• Deliver quality hiring within agreed timelines and SLAs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in at least one of the above domains.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, and social platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in volume and niche hiring.
• Strong candidate assessment capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
