Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing for candidates in our job boards
• Contacting candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Endorsing qualified leads to their respective managers
• Scheduling of interviews until the final interview
• Post open positions on various job boards and social media sites
• Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support the company's brand and growth plan

Job Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in recruitment and staffing
• Proficiency in active and passive sourcing; Boolean search is a plus
• MS Office and Google Workspace experience
• BPO or RPO experience is a plus
• With a bachelors degree, preferably in human resource management, psychology, or other related fields
• With excellent computer literacy and application skills
• With exceptional work ethic, values, and principles
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for errors
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Has competent sourcing skills
