Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for senior leadership positions through headhunting, lateral hiring, and executive search methods.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding new hires, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their talent acquisition requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field such as HRSD or recruitment management.
• Proven track record of success in headhunting, lateral hiring, or executive hiring for senior leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with both clients and internal stakeholders.
