Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive - BPO
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: HRBP

Role Overview

• Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Manage bulk hiring for voice and non-voice processes, chat support, and back-office operations.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and roll out offers matching strict operational SLAs.

• Channel Optimization: Utilize job portals, employee referrals, walk-in drives, and social media channels.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with operations and floor managers to understand daily staffing and shift-based requirements.

• Metric Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly targets including conversion ratios, time-to-hire, and no-show percentages.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of bulk or volume recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO, ITES, or service industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Competencies: Exceptional verbal communication, target-driven, high resilience, and multi-tasking abilities.

• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office suite.
