What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or other related fields that provide a strong foundation in people management and organizational development.

Experience: Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment or other key HR functional areas.

Core Skills: Knowledge of full-cycle talent acquisition, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and professional verbal and written communication abilities.

Tools and Applications: Proficiency  in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets).

What You’ll Do:

Attract & Engage: Craft compelling job advertisements and launch creative, multi-channel sourcing campaigns across job portals, social media, career fairs, and referral programs.

Evaluate & Select: Conduct initial interviews, administer assessments, coordinate background checks, and champion top talent during manager endorsements.

Manage Offers & Contracts: Draft employment contracts, facilitate contract presentations, and handle specialized agreements with accuracy and care.

Seamless Onboarding: Guide new hires through the pre-employment requirements, medical clearances, and 201 file setup before endorsing to HR Operations.

Drive Recruitment Insights: Track key recruitment metrics (like time-to-fill) and deliver progress updates to HR leadership and department heads to continuously refine candidate search strategies.
