Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for various roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Support recruitment administration and ensure timely hiring processes.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
