Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong BFSI recruitment experience and drive end-to-end hiring across business and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for health insurance roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups & offer closures.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers & pipeline reports.
• Ensure TAT and hiring targets are consistently achieved.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in BFSI recruitment
• Strong sourcing & candidate screening skills
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
