Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI clients, including bulk hiring and mass recruitment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates meeting client requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring) with multiple stakeholders involved.
