Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

BG Container Glass Public Company Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team. This is a full-time position based in Pathum Thani. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and placing top talent across the organisation. You will play a crucial part in building and strengthening our workforce by identifying candidates who align with our company values and business objectives. This position is integral to supporting BG Group growth and success by ensuring we secure the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions across the organisation
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and technical qualifications
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage, ensuring timely and efficient placement
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment briefs that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on recruitment pipeline and hiring progress
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records in accordance with company data management standards

What We're Looking For :

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or similar sector
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, social media, and job boards to identify and attract talent
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously whilst maintaining high attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet recruitment deadlines
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements related to hiring and recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
