Key Responsibilities:
-Run the full recruitment process, taking in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, holding interviews, and helping select top talent.
-Take on administrative duties such as setting meetings, holding employee records current, and running internal communications.
-Give administrative support to senior management, coordinating projects, drawing up reports, and arranging team activities.
-Help with employee onboarding and HR tasks so operations inside the team run smoothly.
-Speak with clients about active hiring processes.
-Work with senior leadership on business operations, lending support across employee relations and team development.
-Room to grow into a leadership role, helping run and develop team members as the company expands.

Qualifications:
-Proven recruitment record—required.

-Strong organizational skills with the capacity to carry several tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work well across teams and with external candidates.
-Self-motivated, precise, and capable of working unsupervised.
-Proficiency with administrative tools, Google Sheets, and Canva.
-A quick learner, adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
