Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑based IT positions. This role is fully remote and requires strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles for the US market. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for US IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.)
• Source candidates using US job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed US, Monster, CareerBuilder)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical/cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with US hiring managers and follow up until closure
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Work in alignment with EST/CST time zones for candidate and client coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment
• Strong experience hiring for US IT market
• Excellent understanding of US job titles, skill sets, and hiring standards
• Hands‑on experience with US job boards and sourcing tools
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and multitasking skills
