Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer.
• Build and maintain structured interview guides and candidate comparison tools.
• Maintain the recruitment tracker and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and selection criteria.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles (e.g., Medical Marketing).
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives (careers page content, social media, job fairs) to strengthen the company's image as an employer of choice.
• Contribute to defining and communicating the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract quality candidates.
• Participate in company engagement activities and events that support employer brand and internal culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.3–5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Advanced English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

• Strong communication, interviewing, and coordination skills.

• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
