About the role

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd, a leading retailer in Sabah, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to fill a variety of roles across the organisation
2. Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
3. Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our roles
4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored solutions
5. Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's ongoing recruitment needs
6. Tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts
7. Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the retail industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results
5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
6. Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations
7. A passionate, driven, and adaptable personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment
