Talent Acquisition Specialist

Develops talent acquisition tools and frameworks for global use in the company. Defines and implements processes, policies and standards for global recruiting, global employer branding processes. Manages global HR marketing and communication concepts and activities incl. social media. Designs, implements and manages global talent attraction, concepts and activities for new talents. Supports the selection process for filling key positions. Manages the applicant management system (templates, layouts, releases, training, etc.) and carries out system administration in coordination with IT. Supports key users for the applicant management system. Analyzes global trends, digitalization opportunities and benchmarking to ensure recruiting excellence and implements innovative best practices. Defines global approaches and rollouts of recruiting programs, policies, processes. Steers global programs and projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Level of Education: University Degree Branch Of Study: Management / Human Resources / Psychologist.
