Your Physio Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

You're a natural communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people whether that's at career fairs, on campus, across social media, or in a great conversation with a candidate. You bring energy and warmth to everything you do, and you're organised enough to run a smooth, professional hiring process from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

Pipeline Building

• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
• Develop talent pools for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health.

University & Campus Engagement

• Drive our university partnerships, with a focus on physiotherapy programmes
• Build clinical placement relationships by hosting students for placements as a pipeline into full-time roles
• Engage final-year students through talks, workshops, and clinic visits
• Build relationships with programme coordinators and professional bodies

Career Fairs & Offline Recruitment

• Plan and run YP's presence at university and general career fairs
• Own the booth, materials, on-site engagement, and critically the follow-up system that converts leads into hires
• Identify and test new offline sourcing channels

Employer Branding (supporting)

• Help present YP as an employer of choice through job posts, social presence, and candidate experience
• Ensure every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a good impression of YP

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (multi-outlet environment is a strong advantage)
• Proven ability to source proactively
• Experience hiring across different platform
• Confident and personable
• Organised and metrics-driven
• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Willing to travel for recruitment events and outlet visits
