Associate – HR (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. The primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or startups is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
