Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle from strategic sourcing, candidate screening, and stakeholder engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Stakeholder Management & Advisory: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering insights on talent trends, pipeline status, and recruitment challenges while influencing hiring decisions.

• Sourcing Innovation & Channel Optimization: Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media, talent communities, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and hiring campaigns. Continuously explore new talent acquisition methodologies and digital hiring solutions.

• Candidate Experience Excellence: Champion a superior candidate journey by maintaining consistent communication, feedback loops, and seamless coordination across interview stages to enhance employer brand reputation.

• Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support strategic workforce planning and remain competitive in talent acquisition practices.

• Data & Analytics: Design and maintain HR dashboards and recruitment analytics to track hiring effectiveness, funnel metrics, attrition trends, and cost-per-hire, enabling data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

• Vendor Management: Develop, onboard, and manage third-party recruitment partners to ensure delivery efficiency, cost control, and alignment with organizational hiring standards.

• Workforce Planning & Budget Adherence: Ensure hiring requirements are fulfilled within approved headcount budgets and defined SLA timelines, without compromising on talent quality.

• Volume Hiring & Channel Sales Recruitment:
  Drive high-volume, time-bound hiring for channel sales and frontline roles, ensuring aggressive pipeline generation, quick turnaround, and consistent follow-up to meet SLA-driven hiring targets across locations.

• Strategic Hiring Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to assess workforce requirements and design forward-looking, scalable hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
