What they need
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns the end-to-end journey from the workforce and capability requirements set by the business through to the external talent market. The role delivers strategic, high-quality hiring with a strong emphasis on direct search, critical and experienced hires, and proactive talent mapping, while building sustainable early-career pipelines and a compelling candidate experience. The role also partners with People Experience to strengthen the company's employer brand.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role requirements, close talent gaps, and shape targeted recruitment strategies, translating the workforce and capability requirements set by the business into clear hiring plans.
- Critical & Experienced Hiring: Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from job requisition and sourcing through interviews and offer — for positions across the organisation, including critical and experienced roles, keeping records organised at every step.
- Talent Mapping & Proactive Sourcing: Source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct search, mapping the talent market and building talent pipelines before vacancies open.
- MT Program, Internship Program & University Partnership: Run recruitment for the Management Trainee and Internship Programs, and build partnerships with target universities through career fairs, campus events, and talks.
- Selection & Assessment: Screen applications and conduct structured phone and video interviews, applying consistent, competency-based assessment to every role.
- Candidate Experience: Give every candidate a fair, fast, and professional experience, then support onboarding and stay close to new hires through their first months.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key recruitment metrics — time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire — and use the data to keep improving how we hire, while keeping up with recruitment trends and Thai employment legislation.
- Employer Branding (with People Experience): Grow SAPPE's employer brand across social media and digital platforms, turning our culture into content that attracts great people.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of talent acquisition experience in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry, independently managing your own requisitions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken, with confidence interviewing senior candidates in English.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to run multiple recruitment campaigns at once while keeping candidates and hiring managers in the loop.
Nice to Have
- Experience in employer branding.
- An analytical mindset and comfort interpreting recruitment data and metrics.
