Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of recruitment across a diverse hospitality workforce, partnering closely with operational leaders and the broader People & Culture team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building trusted relationships with hiring managers and proactively finding great people.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across frontline, operational and support positions, from sourcing and screening through to offers and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, challenge briefs where appropriate and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines and provide market insight across regularly recruited and business-critical roles
• Deliver an engaging and consistent candidate experience while effectively representing the employer brand in the market
• Support broader People & Culture activities, including HR administration, systems and payroll-related tasks

Candidate Profile

You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition or recruitment professional who understands the pace, personality and workforce dynamics of luxury hospitality. You will enjoy working directly with operational leaders and balancing recruitment processes with the practical realities of finding the right people for a fast-moving business.

You will ideally bring:

• Demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience, within luxury hospitality or accommodation environments
• Practical knowledge of the Hospitality Industry (General) Award and the broader hospitality employment environment
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management capability, with experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and initiative, with exposure to HR systems, administration or payroll essential
