Key Responsibilities

• Develop hiring strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment with business goals.
• Promote employer branding to position MHG as a trusted financial advisory team.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a growth mindset
• Passion for helping people build meaningful careers
• Experience recruiting financial advisors will be considered an advantage
