我们正在寻找一名积极主动、具备招聘及人才发展经验的人才招聘专员，协助公司吸引优秀人才，并建立完善的部门能力框架。

你将与各部门负责人、人力资源团队及相关部门密切合作，了解不同岗位的人才需求，确保招聘及人才发展方向与公司的整体目标保持一致。

主要职责:

• 负责完整的招聘流程，包括人才搜寻、简历筛选、面试安排、面试及候选人甄选。
• 制定并执行有效的招聘策略，通过不同招聘渠道吸引多元化及符合岗位要求的人才。
• 与各部门负责人合作，了解不同岗位所需的核心能力、技能及工作要求。
• 根据不同岗位的需求，建立及完善岗位能力框架（Competency Framework），明确所需的技能、行为表现及任职条件。
• 进行岗位分析，了解各职位的主要职责、核心职能及任职要求。
• 与培训及人才发展团队合作，根据能力框架所识别出的技能差距，协助制定相应的培训及发展计划。
• 运用招聘数据及相关指标，分析招聘工作的成效，并持续优化招聘流程及人才能力框架。
• 持续关注人才招聘、人才评估及能力模型方面的行业趋势与最佳实践，并应用于实际工作中。

任职要求:

• 拥有人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位；拥有硕士学位者优先。
• 具备至少 3 年人才招聘、人才搜寻或人力资源相关工作经验。
• 具备建立及执行岗位能力框架（Competency Framework）的相关经验。
• 熟悉招聘策略、人才搜寻渠道及候选人甄选方法。
• 具备良好的沟通及人际关系能力，能够与不同层级的内部及外部利益相关者建立良好合作关系。
• 具备良好的数据分析能力，能够运用数据分析招聘成效并作出相应的判断及优化。
• 能够独立工作，同时具备良好的团队协作能力。
• 能够适应快速变化及节奏较快的工作环境。

Role Overview：

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing our organizational capabilities by attracting top talent and building comprehensive competency frameworks for each department. This individual will collaborate closely with department heads, HR personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities：

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates across various channels.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify key competencies required for success in each role.
• Design and implement competency frameworks that outline specific skills, behaviors, and qualifications needed for each position.
• Conduct job analyses to determine the essential functions and requirements of each role.
• Partner with the training and development team to design programs that address skill gaps identified through competency frameworks.
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and competency frameworks.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and competency modeling.

Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing competency frameworks.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
