Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in India and USA recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and USA positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, availability, and job requirements.
• Handle candidate communication, offer follow-up, and joining coordination.
• Maintain active talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
• Support employer branding, job postings, and recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in US & Indian recruitment.
• Good sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and ATS.
• Good understanding of USA work authorization terminology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
