Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong HR consulting/recruitment background to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and provide talent acquisition support to clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing and assessing candidates, managing high volume recruitment processes, engaging clients and hiring managers, and developing effective talent pipelines for technical, operational, commercial and corporate roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing and sourcing to selection, offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Lead recruitment for Field Sales Officers and other high-volume/frontline positions, ensuring agreed hiring targets are achieved within timelines.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct CV screening, candidate interviews and preliminary assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes with hiring managers and clients.
• Prepare candidate profiles and provide recruitment recommendations based on assessment outcomes.
• Manage candidate communication, expectations and overall candidate experience.
• Support offer negotiation and pre-employment processes and documentation.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring, specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide clients with recruitment updates, market insights and relevant talent acquisition advice.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
• Support employer branding and other initiatives aimed at attracting high-quality talent.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws, company policies and professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Consulting or Executive Search.
• Previous experience in an HR consulting or recruitment consultancy environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing candidates across different functions.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and labour-market trends.
