Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-country team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, for a variety of roles within your assigned country. This role is pivotal in attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our business goals and culture. The ideal candidate is a skilled networker with a keen eye for talent, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the local job market.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the offer process.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Sourcing & Market Intelligence:
• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, direct sourcing) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop a strong network within the local market to tap into passive talent pools.
• Provide insights on local market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to hiring managers and the HR team.
• Stakeholder Partnership:
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment to ensure selection of the best-fit talent.
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting Vantage’s employer value proposition to candidates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the financial services, technology, or a fast-paced multinational environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT) within the local market.
• Strong proficiency with mainstream job portals (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, local leading job boards) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Full professional proficiency in English and the local language (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
