Job highlights

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives (if required)

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
