Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Recruit skilled sales professionals, including large-scale (mass) hiring
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for sales and tele-sales positions
• Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline
• Design and implement effective screening and assessment methods
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate closely with hiring managers
• Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process
• Monitor hiring progress and analyze key recruitment metrics

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruiting
• Experience in Mass recruiting would be advantage
• Familiarity with job website, social media, professional networks (e.g. Jobthai, Jobsdb, Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Positive Attitude, Accountability and Teamwork
