About the job

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both permanent and outsourced positions. You will be a partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while building a strong candidate pipeline and delivering excellent candidate experience. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with opportunities.

What you'll do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both permanent and outsourced positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent for the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.
• Ensure recruitment records and candidate information are maintained in compliance with PDPA and company policies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates, pipeline reports, and HR dashboards to management.
• Manage recruitment-related budgets and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and contribute to talent acquisition projects.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.

What you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
