Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with an emphasis on healthcare technology, IT, cybersecurity, sales, account management, and other specialized roles.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and subject-matter experts to understand position requirements, role-specific competencies, workflows, and business needs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, employee referrals, industry associations, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Source and assess candidates with relevant industry and role expertise.
  • Conduct structured candidate screens that evaluate technical knowledge, healthcare experience, communication skills, and alignment with position requirements.
  • Coordinate an efficient and professional interview process, including technical interviews and skills-based assessments when appropriate.

  • Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation alignment, candidate quality, and recruiting risks.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with People Success and hiring leadership.
  • Track recruiting activity and outcomes, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements that strengthen speed, consistency, quality, and candidate engagement.
  • Build relationships with colleges and universities and represent DAS Health at job fairs and networking events.
  • Follow applicable employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements throughout the recruiting process.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success recruiting technical talent within healthcare IT, technology services, SaaS, managed services, cybersecurity, or a closely related environment.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare technology roles and terminology, with the ability to recruit across specialized technical, cybersecurity, sales, and revenue-support functions.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and professional positions.
  • Ability to translate complex position requirements into practical sourcing strategies, screening questions, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft 365, and modern sourcing methods.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, organizational, follow-through, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage recruiting needs across multiple departments and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate, compensation, and business information.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and market insights to guide priorities and communicate effectively with hiring leaders.
  • Ability to work onsite in Tampa on designated hybrid workdays and occasionally attend recruiting or company events outside normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
