We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional with strong IT staffing expertise and an active network of candidates and clients.

✅ Strong experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing

✅ Existing client relationships / active client accounts

✅ Strong LinkedIn network & professional connections

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Good understanding of IT technologies and technical JDs

✅ Strong candidate sourcing, screening & coordination skills

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified IT candidates

• Understand client requirements and manage candidate submissions

• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships

• Manage client accounts and generate new IT requirements

• Coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities

• Drive recruitment closures and meet hiring targets

• Use LinkedIn, job portals and Boolean search for candidate sourcing

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

🔹 IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience

🔹 Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience

🔹 Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

🔹 Strong client acquisition and account management skills
