Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. IT Talent Acquisition & Partnerships Specialist — Nationwide

• Source experienced IT professionals, including software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, cloud specialists, IT support, data and analytics professionals.
• Work with approved talent databases, professional networks, technology communities, referrals and university alumni.
• Build relationships with IT schools, professional organizations and recruitment partners.
* Support technical candidate screening and employer-specific matching.
• Experience recruiting mid-level and senior IT professionals is highly preferred.

2. BPO Talent Acquisition & Partnerships Specialist — Visayas

• Primary focus: Bohol, Iloilo and Cebu.
• Source customer-service professionals, healthcare-support talent, experienced BPO agents, graduates and career shifters.
• Establish relationships with universities, career placement offices, PESOs, LGUs, communities and local recruitment partners.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, orientations and candidate activation activities.
• Existing recruitment networks in Bohol or Iloilo are strongly preferred.
• 3. Talent Acquisition & Partnerships Specialist — Clark / Central Luzon
• Primary focus: Clark, Pampanga, Tarlac and Bulacan.
• Source experienced sales professionals, insurance-sales candidates, IT specialists and BPO talent.
• Develop relationships with schools, LGUs, PESOs, industry organizations and community networks.
• Support large-scale candidate sourcing and recruitment events.
• Strong existing Clark/Central Luzon recruitment networks are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independently source and engage qualified candidates through approved databases, referrals, professional networks, schools and communities.

2. Establish relationships with schools, universities, alumni organizations, LGUs, PESOs, NGOs, recruitment agencies and professional associations.

3. Secure permissions for job announcements, recruitment events, career orientations and candidate referral programs.

4. Identify experienced professionals who may be open to new career opportunities.

5. Screen candidates for relevant experience, skills, location, availability and employer requirements.

6. Guide interested candidates through HeroRamp registration and readiness activities.

7. Coordinate with our commercial team on employer requirements, interviews, offers and candidate follow-ups.

8. Work with our marketing team on social media campaigns and candidate acquisition.

9. Maintain accurate daily recruitment and partnership trackers.

10. Follow applicable data privacy, consent and recruitment compliance requirements.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php42,437.50 per month
