Talent Acquisition Specialist, Overseas Hiring

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for mid-to-senior roles (requirement analysis, candidate profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation).
• Proactively headhunt and build talent pipelines using channels such as LinkedIn, Offertoday, and Boss Zhipin.
• Research compensation trends and competitor talent dynamics across Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.
• Handle Hong Kong employment visa applications (e.g., ASMTP, TTPS, IANG) for non-local candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience (top-tier headhunting agency or tech/internet background preferred).
• Strong headhunter mindset, proficient in Boolean search, and experienced in sourcing hard-to-fill niche positions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and Immigration visa policies is highly preferred
