Talent Acquisition Specialist (Performance-Based / Ongoing Partnership)

We are seeking 4 results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialists for an ongoing partnership to build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline of high-performing Sales Setters and Closers. As a long-term recruiting partner, you will keep our sales seats filled with top producers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and maintain an active pipeline of vetted Sales Setters and Closers.
• Evaluate candidates for track record, phone presence, and objection-handling skills.
• Manage the handoff of qualified sales talent into our onboarding process on an ongoing basis.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Structure: 100% performance-based payout for every qualified sales rep placed who achieves initial performance milestones.
• Earning Potential: Uncapped earnings directly tied to team output and retention.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, fully remote, project-based.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales recruitment or high-ticket sales sourcing.
• Access to active channels and sourcing strategies for outbound phone talent.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and focused on candidate quality over volume.

Pay: $92,588.30 - $111,504.19 per year
