Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology)

Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational organisation to hire a Specialist, Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in attracting top technology talent within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding for technology-related positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Drive recruitment activities across multiple countries within Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Support high-volume recruitment initiatives and project-based hiring within tight hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate offer management, and ensure recruitment processes are completed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with exposure to technology hiring.
• Experience recruiting within the Data Centre industry will be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience supporting recruitment across Southeast Asia or the APAC region.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently in either an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience handling high-volume or project-based recruitment within fast-paced environments will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Confident managing multiple priorities while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
